Terms of Service
Last updated 9 October 2026
Interim version pending solicitor review. These are plain-English interim terms while our full terms are reviewed by a solicitor. They apply to your use of Inventra now. We will replace them with the reviewed version and update the date above.
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Inventra Interface Limited (company number 17339336) ("we", "us"), whose registered address is 2-4 Packhorse Road, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire, SL9 7QE. You can contact us at admin@inventrainterface.com.
They cover the Inventra web app at https://inventrainterface.com, the Inventra Listing Helper for Vinted (our Chrome extension) and related services (together, "Inventra"). Our Privacy Notice and Refunds and Cancellation page also apply.
By creating an account you agree to these terms and our Privacy Notice. Sign-up shows a line saying so. There is no separate tick box at sign-up or at checkout.
Consumers and businesses. Some of our users are consumers, meaning they use Inventra wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession. Others are businesses, including sole traders using Inventra for their business. If you are a consumer, you have legal rights that nothing in these terms takes away. Where a clause applies only to business users, we say so.
2. What Inventra does
Inventra is a stock-control tool for resellers. Depending on your plan, it lets you:
- record stock with photos, storage locations and QR codes;
- record sales and expenses, and export them as CSV;
- connect eBay and Shopify through their official connections, to publish and manage listings you choose;
- use the Inventra Listing Helper for Vinted, which fills in a Vinted draft from your Inventra item. You set the price and press upload yourself. It removes a Vinted listing only after you confirm;
- use Inventra Vision, our AI photo auto-fill, which suggests listing details from your photos;
- save eBay searches as deal alerts;
- use our free profit calculator and our help chat.
What Inventra does not do today. Inventra does not import your Vinted sales. It does not connect to Etsy. It does not create courier labels or track parcels. Features change, and the app and pricing page show what is available on your plan.
You stay responsible for your listings. Where Inventra reads sales back from a marketplace, this can be delayed, incomplete or fail. Sales on Vinted, or on any marketplace Inventra isn't connected to, are not picked up at all. Where Inventra offers to end or remove a listing for you, check on the marketplace that it has actually ended. You remain responsible for ending or updating your listings on every marketplace when an item sells, and for avoiding overselling.
Inventra is a record-keeping aid. It is not accounting, tax or legal advice. AI suggestions, including suggested prices and help-chat answers, can be wrong, so check them before you rely on them.
3. Your account
- You must be 18 or over and give accurate details.
- Keep your password secure and don't share your login. You are responsible for activity on your account, including by teammates you invite. Tell us straight away at admin@inventrainterface.com if you think someone else has got into your account.
- Keep your Chrome extension token private. Revoke it in Settings if you think it has leaked or you lose the computer it's on.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use Inventra for anything unlawful, including selling counterfeit, stolen or prohibited goods;
- upload content you don't have the right to use, or content that is offensive, infringing or contains malware;
- try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the security or plan limits of Inventra, or access other users' data;
- resell or sublicense access to Inventra without our written permission;
- use Inventra to send spam or to scrape other websites.
Marketplace rules are your responsibility. Each marketplace (eBay, Shopify, Vinted and any others) has its own terms, listing policies and rules on third-party tools. You remain responsible for following them, and for the content, accuracy, pricing, legality and fulfilment of everything you list and sell. Vinted's terms restrict automated tools. Our extension fills in drafts that you check and submit yourself, but using it is your decision and at your own risk. We are not responsible if a marketplace limits, suspends or closes your account. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay, Shopify or Vinted.
5. Plans, prices and billing
| Plan | Price | Active items |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | Up to 10 |
| Starter Ledger | $14.99 a month | Up to 100 |
| Pro Ledger | $49.99 a month | Up to 500 |
| Enterprise Ledger | $149.99 a month | Unlimited, subject to fair use |
Extra teammate seats on paid plans cost $9 a month each. Our pricing page shows what each plan includes, such as storage locations, Inventra Vision auto-fills, seats and deal alerts.
- Currency and tax. Prices are in US dollars. Stripe's checkout shows the total you will pay, including any tax, before you confirm. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees.
- Payment. The Free plan doesn't need payment details. Paid plans are paid through Stripe's checkout. Our checkout uses Stripe's Managed Payments service, so Stripe (which may appear as "Link") is the merchant of record for the payment and sends your receipts. Your contract for the Inventra service itself is with us.
- Renewal. Paid plans and extra seats are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically every month until you cancel.
- Cancelling. You can cancel any time in Settings, then Subscription details, then Cancel subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing is cut off on the day you cancel, and no further payments are taken. Your account then goes back to the Free plan's limits, and your data is kept. Until that date you can choose Resume auto-renewal in Settings. Cancelling in Settings does not by itself give a refund. If you are a consumer within your 14-day cancellation period, see our Refunds and Cancellation page.
- Upgrades start straight away through a new Stripe checkout for the higher plan. Once that checkout is paid, we cancel the old plan and Stripe prorates the unused time on it. If you leave checkout without paying, the old plan stays in place. Downgrades to a lower paid plan take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may restrict paid features until it is paid.
- Price changes. We may change prices. For an existing subscription, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a new price applies, and you can cancel before it does.
6. LAUNCH30 offer
If you use the code LAUNCH30 at checkout, your first month of Pro Ledger is free.
- A card is needed at checkout.
- After the free month, Pro Ledger costs $49.99 a month (plus any extra seats or tax) unless you cancel before the free month ends.
- You can cancel any time in Settings, then Subscription details, then Cancel subscription. If you cancel during the free month, you keep Pro Ledger until the free month ends and you are not charged.
- In the 7 days before your free month ends, we show a reminder in the app, and again the day before. The reminder appears when you are signed in to the app. We do not send it by email.
- The offer is limited to new Pro Ledger subscriptions, one use per customer, and a limited number of redemptions. We may end it at any time, but that won't affect anyone who has already redeemed it.
7. Plan limits and Inventra Vision credits
- Each plan has limits on items, storage locations, Inventra Vision auto-fills, seats and deal alerts, as shown on our pricing page.
- The monthly auto-fill allowance does not roll over.
- You can buy extra packs of 25 Inventra Vision auto-fills for $5, the price shown on the billing page. Purchased credits have no cash value and are lost if you delete your account.
- We may apply fair-use limits to protect the service.
8. Referrals
If you join through a referral link, or refer someone, you may receive a reward such as a free month, as described on the Refer page when you sign up. Rewards have no cash value. We may withdraw rewards obtained through abuse, and we may change or end the programme, but we will honour rewards already earned. Someone who joins through a referral link gets 1 free month of Pro Ledger when they create their account. The person who referred them gets 1 free month once that new customer starts a paid plan.
9. Your content
"Your content" means the data, photos, descriptions and other material you put into Inventra. You own your content. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, resize, process and transmit it only as needed to run Inventra for you. This includes:
- sending photos to our AI provider when you use Inventra Vision;
- sending a photo to eBay's image search when you use the photo lookup;
- making photos available by link so marketplaces can fetch them;
- passing item details and temporary photo links to the Chrome extension;
- sending listings to the marketplaces you choose.
This licence ends when you delete the content or your account. It continues only for copies already published to marketplaces at your request and for routine backups that expire.
You confirm you have the rights to your content and that it doesn't break the law or anyone's rights.
Keep your own copies. Inventra is not a backup service.
10. Our intellectual property
Inventra, including its software, design, logos and text, belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use it while your account is active and you follow these terms.
11. Third-party services
Inventra relies on third parties such as Lovable, Supabase, Stripe, Google, Cloudflare, eBay, Shopify and Vinted. We aren't responsible for their services, outages or changes. If a marketplace changes or withdraws its connection, or Vinted changes its website, some features may stop working.
12. Availability and changes to Inventra
We work to keep Inventra running and your data safe, but we do not promise any particular uptime. We may need to pause the service for maintenance. We may improve, change or remove features. If we remove a major feature you pay for, or permanently shut down the service, we will give reasonable notice and refund any prepaid fees for the period you can no longer use.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- anything else that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected. For example, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 our service must be provided with reasonable care and skill and match what we've described.
If you are a consumer: we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable. Because Inventra is a business tool, we are not liable to you for loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption.
If you are a business user:
- we are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, sales, business, goodwill or anticipated savings, for loss or corruption of data, or for any indirect or consequential loss;
- we are not liable for marketplace account suspensions, overselling, listing errors, missed delistings, or AI-suggested content or prices;
- our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months and £100.
14. Suspension and ending your account
- By you: you can stop using Inventra at any time and cancel your plan in Settings. You can also permanently delete your account (Settings, then Danger zone, then Delete account). Deleting your account cancels any active subscription straight away and can't be undone, so if you think you are owed a refund, email us before you delete.
- By us: we may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, don't pay, or use Inventra in a way that risks harm to us, other users or third parties, or if the law requires it. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem and take copies of your data. If we close your account when you have done nothing wrong, we will refund any prepaid fees for the unused period.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when the reviewed version is ready, or to reflect legal changes or new features. We will post the new version here with a new date. For significant changes, we will email you at least 30 days in advance. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the changes take effect.
16. Complaints, law and courts
If something goes wrong, email admin@inventrainterface.com and we will try to sort it out quickly.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts and rely on your local mandatory consumer protections.
17. General
- If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- We may transfer our rights and obligations to another organisation. We will tell you if we do, and your rights will not be reduced.
- You may not transfer your account without our consent.
- If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't given it up.
- No one else has rights under these terms.
