Terms & Conditions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Inventra ("the Service", "we", "us"), an inventory and analytics platform operated from the United Kingdom by Darby Dalus trading as Inventra Interface ("Inventra"). Our postal address is available on request — please email us.

By creating an account, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account & Subscription
1.1 You must register an account to access the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity carried out under your account.
1.2 Paid plans grant access for the period purchased (1 month, 3 months, or 12 months). Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file unless cancelled.
1.3 You may cancel renewal at any time from the in-app Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period — access continues until that date.

2. Pricing, Payment & Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
2.1 All prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
2.2 Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Inventra does not store full card details.
2.3 As Inventra is a digital service supplied immediately on payment, by purchasing a subscription you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
2.4 Subscription purchases are therefore final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue that prevents use of the Service, contact support at Admin@inventrainterface.com and we will use reasonable efforts to resolve it.

3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
(a) attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, decompile or resell the Service;
(b) use the Service to store unlawful, infringing or harmful content;
(c) share your account with third parties or operate the Service on behalf of another business without our written permission.

4. Your Content & Data
4.1 You retain full ownership of all stock, sales, expense and receipt data you enter into the Service ("Your Content").
4.2 You grant Inventra a limited licence to host, process and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service for you.
4.3 You are responsible for the lawfulness of Your Content and any personal data you upload about third parties (e.g. customers).

5. Service Availability
5.1 We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, hosting issues, or third-party outages (e.g. Stripe, our database provider) may cause short interruptions.
5.2 We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance.

6. Liability
6.1 Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or (c) any liability that cannot be limited under UK law (including statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
6.2 Subject to clause 6.1, Inventra's total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the total amount you paid us in that period.
6.3 We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data.

7. Termination
7.1 You may terminate by cancelling renewal and closing your account from Settings.
7.2 We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms after reasonable notice (except in cases of fraud, illegal use, or security risk, where termination may be immediate).
7.3 On termination, you may request export of Your Content within 30 days. After that, Your Content may be deleted.

8. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law & Disputes
9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
9.2 The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, except that consumers resident elsewhere in the UK may bring proceedings in their local courts.
9.3 You may also seek out-of-court resolution via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform or the UK Citizens Advice consumer helpline.
